The project centers on the proposed establishment of a Beef Cattle Breeder-Based Enterprise and Training Hub on the campus. This initiative seeks to create a sustainable, community-driven livestock enterprise that supports local farmers and strengthens the province’s agricultural sector.

Leading the team was Dr. Rodelio Bagawi, Provincial Veterinarian of DA-Mountain Province. Joining him were Mr. Stephen Fiaching from SJSA Contractor and Mr. Cristo Batoy representing the Local Government Unit’s Office of Farmers and Agricultural Services (LGU-OFAS) Paracelis.

The collaboration aims to align with DA’s broader objectives for rural development and livestock industry modernization. The training hub will serve as a center for skills enhancement and best practices in beef cattle breeding, equipping community members with the expertise needed to boost productivity and profitability.
