The training was attended by employees from the MPSU-Bontoc and Tadian campuses. Resource speaker Mr. Vincent Ellie B. Jaramilla from JBDC OHSEC guided participants through the historical background and the different principles and clauses of ISO 9001.
Interactive workshops allowed participants to engage directly with key quality management tools. Sessions focused on PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) Analysis, identifying the Needs and Expectations of Interested Parties, Turtle Diagram Process Mapping, and RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Support, Consulted, and Informed) Analysis.
This session is the first in a series of quality management trainings scheduled to run until next week. Follow-up training will include an ISO 21001:2025 Awareness Seminar, Risk Assessment Management, Root Cause Analysis and Effective Corrective Action, and Internal Audit training.
