𝗠𝗣𝗦𝗨-𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁𝘀

The University’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit conducted a Rank Pinning and Commitment Ceremony yesterday, 17 December 2025, honoring cadets who completed the Cadet Officer Qualifying Course, as well as second-class and first-class cadets from all campuses.

University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by MPSU-Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, led the ceremony and the donning of ranks. She was accompanied by National Service Training Program Director Mr. Mike N. Allidem, LTC Vincent A Lauigan (AGS) PA, and 1LT Gerry T Andres PA (Res).
