Mountain Province State University (MPSU) community began the week with its Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Administration Lobby today, December 9, 2025.
As part of the universityβs continuing efforts to strengthen campus safety and emergency preparedness, personnel from the Philippine National Police (PNP)-Provincial Explosive and Canine Unit (PECU) delivered a brief but highly relevant lecture on Bomb Threat Awareness immediately after the ceremony.
MP PECU personnel were PSMS Memyrth Diamsay, PSSg Denver Neil Mendoza, PCpl Winston Fegcan, and Pat Newton Awis.
University officials expressed gratitude to the PNP for their partnership and reiterated MPSUβs commitment to safeguarding the welfare of its academic community through continuous training and awareness initiatives.
