Mountain Province State University held the 11th Testimonial Dinner for Licensure Examination for Public Accountants (LECPA) Passers, Ms. Monalyn M. Kerdaten and Ms. Shaira Kerry A. Tecag, at Coffee and Lemon Café, Samoki, Bontoc, MP., yesterday, December 6, 2025.

MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by MPSU Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed graced the event with a heartfelt message.

“Your journey reflects the very essence of what we envision at MPSU, graduates who are competent, grounded, purpose-driven, and ready to serve. You are living testaments that students from the highlands can excel on national platforms, and that success knows no geographic boundaries, only dedication and courage.”, he said.

In conclusion, Cue commended the new CPAs.

“I proudly commend you Ms. Monalyn and Ms. Shaira for bringing honor and pride to our university. Your hard-earned success adds another bright chapter to our history. And as you begin your professional journey, may you always carry with you the values of integrity, excellence, and service. Continue to soar high. Continue to be torchbearers of hope and excellence. CONGRATULATIONS!”, he added.
