In a significant step toward international academic collaboration, Mountain Province State University (MPSU) and Politeknik Piksi Ganesha of Indonesia formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to launch a twinning program during a virtual ceremony held via Zoom meeting this December 26, 2025.
The agreement was formally signed by MPSU President Dr. Edgar Cue and Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Director Dr. H.K. Prihatono AH, marking a milestone in two institutions’ shared commitment to global education and student development.
Said twinning program aims to promote mutual academic enrichment through joint curriculum development, faculty and student exchanges. It is envisioned to provide students with broader perspectives, enhance intercultural competencies, and prepare them for the demands of an increasingly interconnected world.
As part of the initial implementation, two fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) students from MPSU- Mr. Edwin K. Gomez and Ms. Clarice Panyo have been selected to participate in the program. These pioneering students will engage in academic and cultural immersion activities with their counterparts at Politeknikl Piksi Ganesha, serving as ambassadors of MPSU’s vision for global excellence.
