𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦|| 𝗠𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗠𝗢𝗔 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗰


The University signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Local Government Unit of Bontoc today, 20 January 2026 at the Bontoc Municipal Mayor’s Office.

The MOA’ scope covers the following: community immersion activities of NSTP students; solid waste management and environmental protection initiatives; up cycling projects and sustainability programs; exhibits, trainings, capacity-building and advocacy campaigns; and other agreed environmental and community development initiatives.

Said MOA was signed by Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, Bontoc Municipal Mayor Hon. Franklin C. Odsey, NSTP Director Mr. Mike N. Allidem, and Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) Assistant Department Head I Mr. Roger F. Agcapen. Dr. Madjaco also served as the representative and witness for University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue.

They were joined by NSTP faculty members and staff namely, Ms. Christine Joy E. Dumangeng, Ms. Arriane Kay F. Tacut, Ms. Jiezelle S. Kadlusan and Ms. Likwan Grace M. Guisoben.

Said event was initiated by the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Unit.

To culminate the signing, an orientation for Strategic Community Immersion will be conducted tomorrow, 21 January 2026 for NSTP 12 students.
