𝗠𝗣𝗦𝗨, 𝗣𝗨𝗣 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽

The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the MPSU Admin Hall in Bontoc, MP, this January 26, 2026.

MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue and PUP officials, led by Executive Director Dr. Rudolf Anthony A. Lacerna, formalized the partnership during a ceremony attended by faculty, delegates, and guests.

In his message, Dr. Cue emphasized the event as a celebration of shared vision for the university’s higher education

“Today is more than a ceremonial gathering; it is a celebration of our shared vision, values, and commitment to shaping the future,” he stated.

He also highlighted its role in sharing best practices and enriching students’ intellect and character.

“In a rapidly changing world, collaboration is no longer optional—it is essential, this is not the end goal, but the beginning of meaningful initiatives” he concluded.

Said agreement promotes faculty and student exchanges, joint initiatives, and community impact, grounded in trust and mutual respect.
