The MPSU Guidance & Counseling Unit conducted a specialized Mental Health Outreach at Pingad National High School on February 20, 2026. This initiative responded to the school’s urgent request for enhanced mental health support services for its students.
During the outreach, Ms. Crystine C. Felimon, Guidance Counselor, and Ms. Araceli A. Ronquillo, Psychometrician, offered individual counseling sessions to students. The effort was further supported by a Post-Evaluation and Consultative Meeting that included mental health professionals from the University of the Cordilleras and faculty members from Pingad National High School.
The collaboration aims to bridge gaps in mental health access and establish sustainable support systems for learners. Both institutions expressed gratitude for the partnership, highlighting its importance in promoting the well-being of the youth.
