Led by University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, the MPSU community gathered this morning at the Admin Lobby for the traditional Monday flag-raising ceremony, today, February 09, 2026, hosted by the College of Healthcare Education.
With February ushering in the season of love, the college infused the program with warmth and inspiration, reminding faculty and staff that love is not only expressed through words and gestures, but also through caring for one anotherโs health and well-being. Adding to the celebration, the host department serenaded the February birthday celebrants and delighted the community with chocolates and other thoughtful surprises.
Said ceremony concluded on light and convivial note with a coffee and arrozcaldo session, fostering camaraderie and fellowship among attendees.
This Mondayโs flag-raising was more than a routine gathering- it was a celebration of love, health, and togetherness, setting a hopeful tone for the week ahead.
