Members of the Universityโ€™s leadership team, including the Office of the President and vice presidents, along with unit directors, are taking part in a two-day development workshop that commenced today, 10 March 2026. The event features Mr. Francisco โ€œGuro Kikoโ€ Dela Cruz, Jr., as the resource speaker.

Key topics covered included Building Emotionally Intelligent Teams and Achieving Successful Communication and Coordination. By emphasizing the building of emotionally intelligent teams and enhancing communication and coordination, the workshop supports the creation of a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture. These skills are essential in addressing dynamics within the workplace, promoting equitable participation, and ensuring inclusivity.

Said event, which will end tomorrow, 11 March 2026, is a collaborative learning initiative between the University through its Gender and Development Unit and Northland Training Institute.
