The event features Mr. Francisco โGuro Kikoโ Dela Cruz, Jr., as the resource speaker.

By emphasizing the building of emotionally intelligent teams and enhancing communication and coordination, the workshop supports the creation of a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative organizational culture.
