
IPED Building—MPSU-Tadian held the culminating program of Together WE Grow: A Peer Counseling Journey today, 26 March 2026.
Activities included an Exam Relief Stress Program and a presentation on Gender Equality and Womenโs Empowerment in Sustainable Development. Peer counselors and participants were recognized, and the annual report and plans for the upcoming school year were shared.
University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by VP for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, delivered a message of support during the event. “Through this peer counseling journey, you learn how to help others and to lead with compassion,” he noted.
“Leadership, after all, is not about power. Itโs about presence; itโs about being there for someone who feels unseen, unheard, or unloved,” he added.
Said event is an initiative of the Gender and Development Office.#
