SCHOLARSHIPS PERSPECTIVES|| TDP, TES grantees attend NOA signing, orientation, and Landbank rollout


Eyeb Open Gym— More than three thousand students of the University, composing the batches 22.1 and 23.1 grantees of the Tulong Dunong Program and Tertiary Education, attended the orientation, NOA signing, and Landbank rollout today, 12 May 2026.

The orientation, led by Scholarships and Grants Coordinator Dr. Jay B. Napanoy, highlighted key policies and guidelines of the programs.

Meanwhile, the rollout, focusing on the opening of Landbank accounts by the grantees, was facilitated by personnel from the Landbank of the Philippines-Bontoc Branch Manager Mr. Brent Lee W. Capsuyen.

University, local, and CHED officials also delivered their messages of support and challenge to the grantees. They were CHED-CAR Regional Director Dr. Serafin L. Ngohayon (video message), Congressman Maximo Y. Dalog, Jr., represented by Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Y. Dalog-Duclan, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr., represented by Executive Assistant Mr. Winston V. Calde and MPSU-Bontoc Administrator Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed.
