Project PAG-IBIG at MPSU: Re-launching of the Breastfeeding and Child-Minding Center


Mountain Province State University (MPSU), under the leadership of University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue and through the Gender and Development (GAD) Unit headed by GAD Focal Person Ms. Michelle C. Doss, participated in the simultaneous virtual launching of the Project PAG-IBIG Family Empowerment Centers among State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) nationwide on June 3, 2026, via Zoom meeting.

Said activity formed part of the official launching of Project PAG-IBIG (Parents Access to Growth through Inclusive, Balanced, and Innovative Guidance) Family Empowerment Center, spearheaded by Romblon State University as the lead institution for the initiative, in support of the Commission on Higher Education’s (CHED) Family Empowerment Center Project anchored on Project ARUGA.
