Advancing Faculty Excellence through Gender-Responsive Protocol and Poise

Mountain Province State University (MPSU) became a venue for growth and empowerment as the institution held the Capacity Building in Social Orientation: Advancing Faculty Excellence through Gender-Responsive Protocol and Poise today, June 25, 2026 at Admin Conference Hall, MPSU, Bontoc, MP.

University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue through his Chief-of-staff, Dr. Karen B. Cue graced the occasion and delivered a message that resonated deeply with the faculty.

“As we engaged in this capacity-building activity, let us continue refining our competencies, broadening our perspectives, and educators who inspire growth and positive change. Remember, that excellence is not measured only by what we know, but by how effectively we use our knowledge to uplift others and create opportunities for every learner to succeed,” said Dr. Cue.

Said initiative reflects MPSU’s continuing dedication to advancing faculty excellence, ensuring that every educator is empowered to contribute meaningfully to the institution’s mission of nurturing learners and building a community of growth and positive change.
