Mountain Province State University (MPSU) President Dr. Edgar G. Cue through Bontoc Campus Administrator, Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed graced the Mentoring Engagement on Philippine Quality Award (PQA) with Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) today, July 2, 2026 held at Admin Conference Hall, MPSU, Bontoc, MP.
In his message, Dr. Cue reflected on MPSUโs ongoing pursuit of the PQA framework.
โOur experience in pursuing the PQA has been a journey of learning, improvement, and collaboration. Whatever progress we have achieved is the result of the collective effort of our administrators, faculty, staff, students, and stakeholders, united by a shared vision and a steadfast commitment to quality,โ said Dr. Cue.
Through this mentoring engagement, MPSU reaffirmed its dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
The Philippine Quality Award, patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) of the United States, the highest level of national recognition for organizational performance excellence in the Philippines.
