MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue ‘shakes-off’ the pressure of the student presenters during the 2026 Student Research Forum with GAD lens at the University Auditorium, MPSU, Bontoc today, July 28.
Dr. Cue spoke with sincerity, encouraging the student-researchers to embrace education not just as a requirement but as a lifelong pursuit.
“Keep learning, keep growing, and never stop pursuing knowledge with purpose,” he said, reminding everyone that the journey of learning continues well beyond the walls of the university.
He left the audience with a thought inspired by Francis Kong: “Learning is a lifelong journey. The moment we stop learning is the moment we stop growing.” The words struck a chord, resonating with the young scholars who are just beginning to carve their paths in research and in life.
The forum itself, anchored on the Gender and Development (GAD) lens, showcased student projects that highlighted inclusivity, equity, and empowerment. It was a celebration of ideas that matter—proof that the university is committed to shaping graduates who are not only academically skilled but also socially aware.
