NOTICE OF SEARCH AND CALL FOR APPLICANTS OR NOMINEES


The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) Board of Regents hereby formally and publicly announces that the Search for One (1) Private Sector Representative to the MPSU Governing Board is now OPEN.
 
The following are the required minimum qualifications and documentary requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Be a Filipino citizen and of legal age;
-From an industry, business, or profession preferably related to the Mountain Province State University’s charter or mandate;
-Have at least five (5) years of employment, business, or practice of profession in the private sector;
-Be domiciled in or a resident for at least two (2) years in the province where the University or its campuses are located;
-Not connected with Mountain Province State University or other government agencies and instrumentalities in any manner, for one (1) year immediately prior to his or her application or nomination to the PSR position;
-Not currently employed or appointed to any position in the government (local, national, including government-owned and controlled corporations), be it full time or part time, at the time of nomination for the PSR position;
-Not related to any member of the present Board or their duly-authorized representatives, within the fourth civil degree of consanguinity or affinity; and,
-Not have been a candidate who lost in any national or local election, except for barangay elections, within one (1) year after such election.
 
DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:
-Duly accomplished and notarized application or nomination form (with the conforme of the nominee);
-Duly accomplished, computerized and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212);
-Certificate of Employment stating the Nominee’s present position in the private sector related to the industry, business, or profession aligned to the University’s charter or mandate;
-NBI Clearance (in case of delay in the issuance due to fortuitous events, proof of payment may be used subject to submission at the time of panel interview);
-Certification of No Connection with MPSU, duly signed by the Human Resources Management Office & University President;
-Signed Commitment and Availability to serve as PSR;
-Signed Conforme to the Conditions of PSR as provided in Section 14 of Annex A of CMO No. 7, Series of 2022;
-Certified true copies of all the supporting documents must be supported by an affidavit executed by the applicant or nominee indicating the truthfulness of the copy of the documents; and,
-High-definition half-body photo (electronic copy).
 
Important Notice: Non-submission of any of the required documents shall result in disqualification.

Interested applicants or nominees must submit one (1) SET OF THE ORIGINAL PRINTED COPY of the foregoing documentary requirements to the Secretariat of the Search Committee for Private Sector Representative and an ELECTRONIC COPY VIA EMAIL on or before September 7, 2026, addressed to the following:

Applications or nominations, including the required documents, submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted and shall be automatically disqualified.
