UMALI KAYO || MPSU promotes healthy living through ‘Pinggang Sapat’ initiative

All MPSUans are invited to participate in “Pinggang Sapat: Small Cups, Big Hearts: Health Today, Hope Tomorrow,” a three-day Nutrition Month initiative of the Mountain Province State University (MPSU) through its Gender and Development Unit, in coordination with the Health Services Unit, to be held on August 3-5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Said initiative aims to promote healthy eating and environmental sustainability by providing free healthy snacks to students and employees. MPSUans are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup and spoon to help reduce waste.

Healthy snacks will be distributed at the front of the Gender and Development Unit for employees and at Gimata Bridge for students.

First come, first serve.
