MPSU-CAE concludes curriculum review and faculty retooling seminar-workshop


The College of Advanced Education (CAE) of Mountain Province State University (MPSU) concluded its three-day Curriculum Review and Faculty Retooling Seminar-Workshop at Basil and Lime Hall, Samoki, Bontoc, culminating with sessions on transformative thesis advising and paneling.

The final day featured Dr. Fe M. Tangalin, Dean of the College of Graduate Studies of Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU), as the resource speaker. Said sessions centered on strengthening faculty competencies in thesis advising and paneling, emphasizing effective research mentoring, ethical advising practices, academic integrity, and the vital roles of thesis advisers and panel members in ensuring quality graduate education.

The three-day seminar-workshop highlights MPSU’s continuing commitment to strengthening faculty capabilities and enhancing the quality of graduate education. Throughout the three-day activity, participants engaged in lectures, workshops, and collaborative discussions aimed at aligning graduate programs with quality assurance standards and institutional outcomes.
