Administration Conference Hall—To ensure readiness for the upcoming August 2026 accreditation survey visit of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) for MPSU-Bontocโs Master in Criminal Justice Education with specialization in Criminology, the Institutional Quality Assurance Unit convened a catch-up meeting with the program taskforce and internal accreditors today, 07 August 2026.
The graduate program will undergo a preliminary survey visit on 17-21 August 2026, covering ten areas of accreditation: Mission, Goals and Objectives (VMGO); Faculty; Curriculum and Instruction; Students; Research; Extension and Community Involvement; Library; Physical Facilities; Laboratories; and Administration.
IQA Director Ms. Collins F. Lidua presided over the meeting, where the taskforce members and internal accreditors presented updates on the status of their assigned areas, identified remaining documentary requirements and discussed measures to address lacking attachments before the survey visit.
In addition, the completion of reports and attachments for uploading in the accreditation portal across all areas were emphasized. Internal accreditors were likewise tasked to finalize the review and refinement of their assigned areas to ensure compliance with AACCUP standards before the accreditation proper.
Relevant to this, two undergraduate programs in MPSU-Tadian campus—the Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship are also set for a preliminary survey visit in the same week.
