
Under the leadership of University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, Mountain Province State University (MPSU) was recognized with the Delivering Results through Integrity and Value-Driven Execution (DRIVE) Award during the Agency Performance Review (APR) Mid-Year Dialogue hosted by the Department of Budget and Management – Cordillera Administrative Region (DBM-CAR) today, August 20, at the DBM-ROCAR Multi-purpose Hall, Teacher’s Camp, Baguio City.
The APR Mid-Year Dialogue brought together State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) across the region, the Commission on Higher Education – Regional Office CAR (CHED-ROCAR), and DBM-CAR to review institutional performance, assess progress against approved targets, and strengthen budgetary and program implementation processes.
Representing MPSU, President Cue, together with key university officials, participated in the dialogue and received the University’s DRIVE Award during the event.
The award recognizes MPSU for demonstrating exceptional performance in the delivery of priority programs and projects, as measured by actual physical accomplishment relative to approved annual targets. It reflects the University’s commitment to ensuring that its programs and projects translate into measurable results and meaningful outcomes.
The recognition further affirms MPSU’s dedication to integrity, accountability, and value-driven execution, highlighting the collective efforts of its leadership, faculty, staff, and stakeholders in advancing the University’s institutional goals and delivering responsive public service.#
