MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue attended the 3rd SUCs Executive Forum with the theme “HUSA 2026: Building Smart SUCs through Collaborative Leadership, Digital Innovation, and Institutional Excellence,” held on September 1, at the University of Rizal System, Morong Campus.
Said event convened under the chairmanship of CHED Commissioner Desiderio R. Apag III, whose leadership continues to foster stronger partnerships and collaborative action among SUCs toward a more responsive and future-ready higher education sector.
The gathering also highlights the launch of the SMART SUCs 2023 Framework, a collaborative institutional development initiative envisioning SUCs as more innovative, digitally enabled, resilient, responsive, and future-ready institutions.
