The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) joined government agencies and public servants across Mountain Province in the culminating program of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) celebration themed “Pasasalamat at Pagpupugay sa mga Lingkod Bayani ng Montanyosa,” held yesterday, October 6, 2026 at the Provincial Plaza, Bontoc, Mountain Province.
As part of the celebration, the MPSU community participated in the 2026 Sayaw ng Lingkod Bayan, Galaw ng Bayan, an agency presentation that showcased the creativity, unity, and camaraderie of government employees in celebrating the spirit of public service.
Further highlighting MPSU’s commitment to service and excellence, MPSU-Bontoc received the “Puso ng Lingkod Bayan Award” during the Dance Frolic Friendly Competition, while MPSU-Tadian was conferred the “Dangal ng Kawani Award.”
The celebration was graced by CSC-MP Director Anita Verina T. Paredes; Congressman Hon. Maximo Y. Dalog Jr., represented by Mr. Dionisio Wacdisen; and Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan Jr., represented by his Executive Assistant Ernesto Bondad.
The participation and recognition of MPSU Bontoc and MPSU Tadian highlighted the University’s shared commitment to public service, unity, and excellence as one MPSU community.
