Cue joined fellow State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in witnessing the University Founderโs Day and Ceremonial Launching of the University of Abra on October 6, at the Gov. Andres B. Bernos Memorial Gymnasium, University of Abra, Bangued, Abra.
More than a celebration of institutional growth, the gathering reflected the shared commitment of public higher education institutions to expand opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and deliver quality and responsive education to the communities they serve.
