Two MPSU alumni, Ms. Rhoanna Rhinellia A. Po-or and Ms. Quenmarie G. Tingey, were recognized as Regional Finalists during the TOSP-CAR Awarding Ceremony held on October 4, 2026, at the Hotel Supreme Mall and Events Center, Baguio City.
Although they did not advance to the Top Ten who will proceed to the national level, both alumni expressed their gratitude for the opportunity and the valuable experience they gained throughout the journey. According to them, the experience will serve as a valuable weapon and foundation as they pursue their future plans and goals in life. They also thanked Mountain Province State University to the leadership of the University President for its continued support throughout their journey.
Po-or and Tingey received their certificates together with their respective parents/guardians and Ms. Jennifer Ruth C. Tuazon, Dean of the Student Services and Development Office (SSDO).
Meanwhile, Ms. Tuazon and Ms. Karyle Po-or, received the Certificate of Appreciation for MPSU in recognition of the University’s support and participation in TOSP-CAR.
