With hearts filled with gratitude and appreciation, the Mountain Province State University (MPSU) community gathered today, October 8 at the Administration Lobby of MPSU Bontoc for a heartfelt birthday tribute to University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, celebrating not only his special day but also his unwavering dedication and service to the University and the people of Mountain Province.
The celebration brought together students, faculty, and employees in a heartfelt tribute that reflected the strong sense of family within the MPSU community. Through a series of performances, members of the University showcased their talents and creativity as they offered songs, dances, and other presentations dedicated to the University President.
More than entertainment, the performances served as expressions of gratitude for Dr. Cue’s commitment to leading the institution toward continued growth and excellence. Students and employees also presented gifts to the President as tokens of appreciation for his leadership, dedication, and tireless service to the MPSU community.
In his message, Dr. Cue expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the MPSU family for the meaningful celebration and assured everyone of his continued dedication to serving the University and its people.
“I will continue serving with dedication and with a heart until we reach more peaks for the institution and for the people of Mountain Province,” he said.
