Mountain Province State University (MPSU) continues to strengthen its culture of excellence and dedicated public service as University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue graced the Orientation for Newly Permanent Employees on October 13 at the Admin Conference Hall, MPSU, Bontoc, MP.
In his message, Dr. Cue encouraged the newly permanent employees to go beyond fulfilling their duties by carrying out their responsibilities with integrity, compassion, and genuine concern for others.
“I encourage you to work not only with competence, but also with compassion. Serve with integrity, remain humble, and treat everyone with respect. Whatever your position, whether you work in the spotlight or quietly behind the scenes, your contribution matters,” Dr. Cue emphasized.
He also underscored the importance of cultivating a grateful heart, reminding the employees to appreciate every blessing, whether big or small. He emphasized that gratitude enables individuals to recognize the value of every opportunity, remain grounded in their achievements, and find greater fulfillment in their work.
Said orientation served as a meaningful opportunity for the newly permanent employees to embrace not only their roles and responsibilities but also the core values that define MPSU as an institution committed to excellence, public service, and community development.
