TADIAN, Mountain Province || October 9, 2026 — A day of gratitude, joy, and appreciation filled the Mountain Province State University (MPSU)-Tadian community as faculty, staff, and students came together at the IPED Building to celebrate Teachers’ Day and the birthday of University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue in a program organized by the Supreme Student Council (SSC).
The program opened with remarks from HRMO Director Atty. Evelyn A. Marrero-Moga, followed by an inspirational message from President Cue, who shared words of encouragement with the University community.
Adding color to the celebration were special presentations from the College of Teacher Education (CTE), College of Engineering (COE), and College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), along with performances by the ArenaWellness wavers, security personnel, the Campus Administrator, and the college deans. These presentations highlighted the talents, unity, and appreciation of the University community.
In the afternoon, invited students from the Beauty Care program of Tadian School of Arts and Trades (TSAT) provided manicure, pedicure, and massage services, offering faculty members and staff a chance to relax and enjoy some well-deserved self-care in recognition of their dedicated service.
Beyond the performances and activities, the celebration served as a meaningful expression of gratitude to the educators who inspire, the leaders who guide, and the members of the University community whose collective efforts help strengthen the institution.
MPSU-Tadian extends its warmest birthday greetings to President Cue, wishing him good health, wisdom, and continued success in leading the University toward greater heights. The University also honors its teachers for their unwavering dedication to educating learners, shaping lives, and building a brighter future.
