March 20, 2025โ€”University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue led Mountain Province State University personnel and staff in joining the grand civic parade for the 16th Gagayam Festival of the municipality of Sabangan.

The parade commenced at Sitio Nacagang, Tambingan, and ended at San Alfonso High School Inc. (SAHSI) ground, where the main program was conducted.
