Various municipalities within Mountain Province hosted elaborate welcome receptions today for the visiting delegations from participating State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in anticipation of the upcoming Cordillera Administrative Region Association of State Universities and Colleges (CARASUC) Athletic Meet and Culture and the Arts Festival.
