Benguet State University (BSU) emerged as the overall champion of the 2025 Culture & the Arts Festival, part of the annual CARASUC event. This victory marks BSU’s back-to-back wins across various Socio-Cultural competitions.
Following BSU in the rankings were the Abra State Institute of Science and Technology (ASIST), Mountain Province State University (MPSU), Kalinga State University (KSU), Ifugao State University (IFSU), and Apayao State College (ASC).
The closing program of the Culture & the Arts Festival was graced by the host University’s President, Dr. Edgar G. Cue, and VPAF Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo, Jr., along with officials from various State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and delegates from the CARASUC community.
