03 April 2025–The Mountain Province State University – Paracelis Campus gratefully received these items for the benefit of the students. This project was spearheaded by the University Student Supreme Council (SSC) officers, with the valuable support of Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan.
Notable attendees at the event included the office of the University President, Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Mr. Ricky Joe, Atty. Cyphrine Maxcel Dalog-Duclan, SSC-Bontoc President and Student Regent, Mr. Hill Coleman Awichen, as well as other student leaders and University staff.
