
Novotel Manila, Araneta City, Quezon City–Mountain Province State University student leaders actively participated in the FILIPINNOVATION National Innovation Day Celebration FLIP 2025, held on April 29โ30, 2025. With the theme “Forging Leaders of Innovation in the Philippines,” this national gathering aimed to empower youth leaders to take a proactive role in shaping the countryโs future through innovation and responsible leadership.
FLIP 2025 was a vibrant and inspiring celebration featuring workshops, keynote talks, and collaborative sessions with innovators and student leaders from across the National Capital Region (NCR) and around the country. The event emphasized the importance of creativity, collaboration, and compassion in driving innovation that serves communities and empowers the nation.
The first day of the event showcased the pitching and demo of 11 finalists in the NCR Sub-National Filipinnovation Awards, highlighting innovative solutions ready for early-stage commercialization. April 30 featured roundtable discussions and the announcement of the top 3 finalists who will represent NCR in the national competition.
Representing MPSU were Danne C. Dacyon, Press Relations Officer; Neil Ford P. Dumanas, Assistant Secretary โ Bontoc Campus; Glaiza C. Lic-cub, Assistant Secretary; and Jessica B. Dupitso, Auditor โ Tadian Campus. They were accompanied by Mr. Jason Paleg, Coordinator for Student Organizations.
