Mountain Province State University (MPSU), represented by University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on May 21, 2025, alongside 29 other partner institutions, all members of the Asia Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCoRE).
