Banaue, Ifugao — A total of 16 personnel from the University are currently participating in the Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Track 1, a four-day training program by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

SDC is part of the CSC’s Learning and Development Program designed to strengthen the leadership and supervisory competencies of government workers. The SDC Track 1 is a live-out training intended for government leaders, first-line supervisors, and those aspiring to take on supervisory roles in the public sector. Topics typically covered in the course include effective leadership, communication, problem-solving, and performance management.

The program supports the University’s commitment to continuous professional development and capacity building among its administrative personnel.

The course, which began on May 27 will run until May 30, 2025.#
