Baguio Cityโ14RCDG recognized Mountain Province State University (MPSU) ROTC Unit-1403CDC as the Most Outstanding ROTC Unit in the Cordillera Administrative Region during the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2025 on their 8th Founding Anniversary yesterday, June 1, 2025, held at Headquarters 14RCDG, RESCOM, PA, Brgy Loakan Liwanag.
Several other major awards received by MPSU include:
Best in Comprehensive Examination with 100% rating;
Best in Close Order Drill with a 96.6% rating;
Best Ceremonial Parade with 99.33%; and
Best in Administrative Inspection with a 99.85% rating.
This exemplary performance in various aspects of the ROTC unit leads to MPSU earning a distinction as Most Outstanding ROTC Unit, garnering an overall rating of 98.93%.
The awards were personally received by MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, National Service Training Program Director Mr. Mike N. Allidem, ROTC Commandant and 1403rd Community Defense Center Director Maj Blas G. Alsiyao and MPSU ROTCU Corps Commander C/Col Clinton M. Liban 1CL, affirming the commitment of MPSU to excellence in military training and its continued support for nation-building through the ROTC program.
