SAP Beneficiaries Receive Cash Assistance from the Office of the President


๐’๐Ž๐‚๐ˆ๐€๐‹ ๐€๐‚๐“๐ˆ๐Ž๐ ๐๐‘๐Ž๐†๐‘๐€๐Œ | Four (4) beneficiaries of the Social Action Program (SAP) received their cash assistance at the Board Room, 5th floor of the Administration Building today, June 20, 2025.

Three of them were students, namely Ms. Charlene Joy Pocais, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) student diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma and currently undergoing medical treatment; Mr. Tristan Kurt Polawes; and Jacob Sales Isaac Cariรฑo, who are university athletes injured during the CARASUC athletic meet. The other one is the father of Ms. Inatongan Casingey, MPSU canteen staff, Mr. Lorenzo A. Lumiseb, who has been diagnosed with colon adenocarcinoma stage IIC and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

The cash assistance received by the beneficiaries is through the initiative of MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue under the Social Action Program of the Office of the President.

The cash was turned over by Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr., Student Services and Development Office Dean Ms. Jennifer Ruth C. Tuazon, Student Regent Mr. Hill Coleman Awichen and OP- PMS staff Ms. Nicole Bryle Gut-omen.
