A TRIBUTE TO COMMITTED SERVICE AND LEGACY: Honoring Ms. Zenaida Y. Soliven’s 32 years of dedicated service to the University


30 June 2025 – The University proudly honors Ms. Zenaida Y. Soliven, Human Resources Management Director and Supervising Administrative Officer, on her retirement after 32 years of exemplary service.

Ms. Soliven’s career has been marked by unwavering dedication and commitment, having served the institution from its days as a polytechnic college to its transformation into an internationally recognized University.

As Director of the Human Resources Management Office, Ms. Soliven played a pivotal role in elevating the University’s HR practices. Under her tenure, the institution earned prestigious accolades, including the Bronze Award in the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) from the Civil Service Commission.

Her contributions, have made a lasting difference and will be remembered with sincere appreciation by colleagues and staff alike.
