
Jail Cadet Efraim W. Parocha, an alumnus of the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College, now Mountain Province State University, has achieved another milestone by graduating as Top 6 of the Madayawlahi Class of 2025 at the Philippine Public Safety Academy.
Hailing from Besao, Mountain Province, Cadet Parocha first made marks in the field of criminology by placing 4th in the December 2017 Criminologist Licensure Examination, earning an average of 89.05%.
After obtaining his license, he returned to MPSPC in 2018โnot as a student, but as a criminology instructor. Dedicated to shaping the next generation of public safety professionals, he imparted both academic knowledge and real-world insight to his students.
In 2019, Parocha took his commitment a step further by joining the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology as a jail officer, gaining valuable frontline experience in law enforcement and corrections.
Driven by a desire to continue growing and serving, he later entered the Philippine Public Safety Academy, where his dedication and leadership earned him a place as the top six in the academyโs final order of merit.
From student to educator, officer, and now one of the countryโs top cadets, Jail Cadet Parochaโs journey is a testament to perseverance, excellence, and service. His success is an inspiration not only to the MPSU community but to aspiring public servants across the nation.
