July 22, 2025 – University Auditorium. A total of 226 freshmen and transferee students from various programs under the School of Teacher Education (STE) of the University took part in the general student orientation held today.

The activity is part of MPSU’s weeklong general orientation scheduled from July 21 to 26, 2025, aimed at officially welcoming freshmen and transferees and familiarizing them with University policies and roadmaps, support services, academic expectations, and student life.

During the orientation, University President Dr. Edgar G. Cue reminded the students to uphold the values of professionalism, resilience, inclusivity, moral integrity, and excellence while developing the knowledge, skills, and ethics the community needs.

“Let MPSU be the place where your purpose deepens, your values strengthened, and your skills sharpened. We, your mentors and leaders, are here to support you every step of the way,” he added.#
