The Mountain Province State University (MPSU) has officially strengthened its commitment to academic excellence and faculty development through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with EduHeart Publishing on July 25, held at Coffee and Lemon Cafรฉ, Samoki, Bontoc, Mountain Province.

This partnership aims to support the development and publication of instructional materials authored by MPSU faculty. It also facilitates the registration of these works with the National Library of the Philippines and supports MPSUโ€™s institutional registration with the National Book Development Board (NBDB).

During the event, EduHeart Publishing, led by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Jerome N. Chua, generously donated 56 newly published books (copyrighted 2024โ€“2025) to MPSU. These books will be added to the University Libraryโ€™s holdings and serve as updated reference materials for students and faculty.

MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue delivered an inspiring message of support, highlighting the value of collaboration in enriching academic resources and empowering educators to publish their work. He emphasized that this partnership not only promotes a culture of scholarship and innovation but also brings lasting benefits to the entire MPSU community.

The formal agreement was signed by Dr. Edgar G. Cue and Mr. Jerome N. Chua, solidifying a shared vision of advancing quality education, research, and knowledge dissemination.#
