You are advised to be accompanied by your parent during the activity. In cases where a parent is unavailable, a guardianโsuch as a sibling, relative, or your landlady/landlordโmay accompany you, provided they present a valid ID.
Please prepare the following requirements:
โข Two (2) colored photocopies of your school ID, printed back-to-back on long bond paper.
โข Each copy must include your signature and the date on the right side of the paper.
โข Ensure that your signature matches the one on your school ID.
