MPSU hereby expressly disavows and condemns any unauthorized use of its name, trademark, or any other identifying marks in the promotion, advertisement, or endorsement of alcoholic beverages or related products.
MPSU affirms that it has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or any form of connection with the aforementioned establishment.
The University remains steadfast in its commitment to maintaining a responsible, safe, and professional environment for its students, faculty, and staff, and will take appropriate legal action to protect its name and reputation against any unauthorized or misleading use.
