MPSPC Pursues PRIME-HRM Bronze Award: Onsite Assessment Underway


The Mountain Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC), through its Human Resources Development Office, undergoes onsite assessment for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) initiated by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) gearing to achieve Bronze Award at the College Administrative Hall today, June 19.

Currently, MPSPC’s HRMO is on Maturity Level 2 which indicates that the agency is ready to demonstrate and exercise delegated HR functions.

To pass for the Bronze Award, they must pass the assessment of the HR systems, HRMO competencies and practices in the 4 HR areas: Recruitment, Selection and Placement; Learning and Development; Performance Management and; Rewards and Recognition and comply with CSC laws and rules on HR records management.
