Strategic Planning and Assessment in Higher Education: Setting Goals for AY 2024-2025


The Higher Education/Academic and Student Affairs Sector is conducting a mid-year assessment to evaluate its accomplishments vis-à-vis the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan and to craft the various Operation Plans of the unit for the upcoming AY 2024-2025.

Said plans shall be the springboard for the finalization of the revised sectoral Office Performance and Commitment Review (OPCR) of the OVPAA and the Campus Executive Directors and the Individual Performance and Commitment and Review (IPCR) of the office directors, coordinators, and office personnel, the academic chairpersons and the faculty members and office staff.

The workshop is attended by the Campus Directors, the Higher Education Council of Directors and Coordinators, and Academic Chairpersons.
