MPSU-STE upskills Bontoc CDWs

The Mountain Province State University (MPSU), through the initiative of the School of Teacher Education (STE), conducted a seminar-workshop to upskill the Child Development Workers within the Municipality of Bontoc in teaching learners through creative pedagogies in early childhood, which was held at the Student Center, Bontoc Campus, yesterday, December 17.

Said activity aimed to provide the Bontoc CDWs with professional development opportunities, particularly on the practical skills and techniques that they can integrate into their teaching strategies and capacitating them on the know-hows of adopting inclusive teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of the learners.

MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue, represented by Bontoc Campus Executive Director Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, and Bontoc Mayor Hon. Jerome B. Tudlong Jr., represented by Councilor Viola P. Okko, inspired the participants with their empowering messages.
