MPSU President Administers Oath of Office to 14 Newly Promoted University Employees


MPSU President Dr. Edgar G. Cue administered the oath of office to 14 promoted employees of the University today, October 28, 2025, at the Office of the University President, Administration Bldg., MPSU, Bontoc, MP.

From the College of Teacher Education, they were Associate Professors Vens Naida P. Bawiyan, Rhoda B. Galangco, Jayson A. Omaweng, and Karyl A. Po-or.

From the College of Criminal Justice and Liberal Arts, they were Associate Professors Eric I. Danglosi and Jose N. Co and Assistant Professor Raquel F. Aban.

From the College of Accountancy, Business Management and Information Technology, they were Associate Professor Ester Rose S. Alikes and Assistant Professor Megan R. Matias.

Others included Associate Professor Mike N. Allidem of the College of International Hospitality and Sustainable Tourism Management, Associate Professor Cleto P. Dalmacio of the School of Engineering, and Assistant Professor Cherry Ann B. Changyowen of the School of Health Care Education.

Completing the list were Evelyn A. Marrero and Norma F. Tacut as Administrative Officers V of the HRM Unit and Procurement Unit, respectively.

Said oath taking was witnessed by VP for Administration and Finance Mr. Reynaldo P. Gayo Jr., VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Geraldine L. Madjaco, VP for Internalization, Planning and Information Management Atty. Dexter C. Lingbanan, MPSU Bontoc Executive Director Dr. Arel B. Sia-ed, Student Regent Mr. Hill Coleman Awichen, colleagues, family and friends. #
