Ms. Loriegel L. Bigwil was crowned as the Ms. CARASUC 2024, today at the BGVJR Memorial Gymnasium, Poblacion, Luna, Apayao. She was also awarded the Queen of the Ramp, Best in Regional Attire, and Ms. Congeniality titles.
Meanwhile, Mr. Raymund B. Becyagen was crowned as the Mr. CARASUC 2024 5th Runner-up with his another title as Mr. Congeniality.
This is the second time MPSPC won the Ms. CARASUC title.
Including MPSPC, the event was participated by Apayao State College, Kalinga State University, Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology, Ifugao State University and Benguet State University.
