Advancing Excellence: Insights from PQA Assessment for Organizational Growth

To ensure compliance with the rigorous standards set forth by the Philippine Quality Award (PQA), our institution recently underwent a meticulous two-day online/virtual assessment and consultation process. Spearheaded by Mr. Joel C. Amante, a distinguished member of the PQA assessor team, this endeavor was instrumental in refining our organizational narratives across various categories. Mr. Amante generously dedicated his expertise and time to review the College’s submissions, offering invaluable insights and constructive suggestions aimed at enhancing the quality and clarity of our narratives.

The engagement with Mr. Amante proved to be immensely beneficial for our team. His profound understanding of the PQA requirements, coupled with his keen eye for detail, enabled us to identify areas for improvement and refinement within our narratives. Through his guidance, our champions and writers gained invaluable perspectives on how to articulate our institution’s achievements and processes more effectively, aligning them more closely with the esteemed standards upheld by the PQA.

Moreover, Mr. Amante’s insights served as a catalyst for reflection and growth within our organization. His feedback not only empowered us to strengthen our PQA submissions but also instilled a deeper appreciation for the principles of quality excellence. Moving forward, we are committed to implementing the recommendations provided by Mr. Amante, further bolstering our institution’s pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement. The collaborative spirit exhibited during this assessment underscores our unwavering dedication to achieving and surpassing the benchmarks set by the Philippine Quality Award.
